Returns & Refund Policy – Services


This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all services offered by ImpliedWeb, including but not limited to Training programs, AI Resources, Digital Tools, and related services.

Scope of Services

  • Online / Offline Training Programs
  • AI Resources & Digital Assets
  • Software Tools & Platform Access
  • Affiliate or Third-Party Integrated Services

Eligibility for Refund

100% Refund – Service Not Delivered

A 100% refund will be provided if:

  • The training session has not started
  • The service has not been activated
  • Access to AI resources or tools has not been granted

Refund requests must be raised before the actual delivery or activation of the service.

Non-Refundable – Service Delivered

Once a service has been delivered, initiated, activated, or accessed:

  • The service will be non-refundable
  • No refunds will be issued unless refund terms were explicitly mentioned at the time of purchase

Training Programs

  • Refunds are applicable only if requested before the training session begins
  • No refunds will be issued once the training has started or materials have been shared
  • Missed sessions due to personal reasons are not eligible for refunds

AI Resources & Tools

  • Refunds are applicable only if access has not been enabled
  • Once access is granted, the service becomes non-refundable
  • Any usage, download, or activation will be treated as service delivery

Third-Party & Affiliate Services

ImpliedWeb may offer or promote third-party services, tools, or affiliate products.

  • ImpliedWeb takes no responsibility for payments made outside its official payment network
  • Refunds, cancellations, or disputes for third-party services must be handled directly with the respective provider
  • Customers are advised to review the third-party’s refund and cancellation policy before making a purchase

Payment Failures & Duplicate Payments

  • In case of payment failure where the amount is debited but not credited to ImpliedWeb, the refund will be processed by the payment provider as per their policy
  • If ImpliedWeb receives the payment successfully:
    • The service will be enabled, or
    • Any duplicate payment will be refunded upon customer request

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds approved by ImpliedWeb will be processed within 7 business days
  • The actual credit of the refunded amount to the customer’s account depends on the payment provider or bank
  • Depending on the provider or bank policies, it may take up to 30 days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account

Final Decision

All refund and cancellation decisions made by ImpliedWeb shall be final and binding.

By purchasing any service from ImpliedWeb, the customer agrees to this Returns & Refund Policy.
